Every signer must present a valid, government-issued photo ID — such as a Pennsylvania driver’s license, state ID, U.S. passport, or military ID. The name on your ID must match the name on the document. Do not sign the document in advance. If witnesses are required (as for some wills or POA documents), arrange for them to be present at the signing location.

Yes — we are available 7 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings. Weekend and evening loan signings are a specialty of ours, as many buyers and sellers need to close outside of standard business hours. Pennsylvania law caps the per-signature notary fee at $5.00. Our total fee includes the notarial act fee plus a travel fee based on your location and service type. Simple document notarizations are very affordable. Loan signing packages are priced by the scope of the package.
